ABOUT DE JONG
At De Jong we work closely with our suppliers. Our farmers, fisherman, butchers and winemakers are selected based on their choice towards sustainability and respect to nature. Our approach, allows us daily, to work with the best produce nature has to offer. As a result, at De Jong, we wish to surpise our guest with a daily alternating menu where vegetables have a leading role, accompanied by foraged or farmed flowers and herbs.
We serve a set menu where you can select the number of dishes you’d like. Whether it’s 4 courses (€52), 5 courses (€61) or 6 which includes a cheese platter (€67). Please inform us, prior to your reservation if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions.
